Bright room in a cozy semi-detached house with a large garden. House is located in a cul-de-sac in quiet neighbourhood and close to Griffeen Valley park. Room is spacious (11 sm) with double bed and large wardrobe. With the room comes the private bathroom with bathtub. Bills are included in the price of the room. One month rent required as deposit. I'm fostering for a registered charity, so there are foster cats and/or kittens in the house going through socialisation process while they wait for their forever home. That brings a lot of fun, but also some mischievous moments when kittens get very brave around the house.
