About this property
Description
Looking for a housemate (late 20s/early 30s) to share a house in Rathmines with three women in their early 30s. Rent is €570 per month, plus bills which are roughly €60 per month. House is 5 min walk to Rathmines, serviced by lots of buses and 30 min walk to Grafton Street. There is a monthly cleaning rota for shared spaces, and there is a large garden to the rear. Room is available After 15th Feb, deposit is €475. Please note there is no parking space nor anywhere to leave a bicycle as we don't have a shed. This is a no smoking house. We are looking for someone who will fit into our house, so please tell us a bit about yourself in your message- what you're interested in & what your hobbies are, etc.
