Hello, room to rent Monday to Friday, female only, in a cottage on the outskirts of Tralee town, 10 minutes walk to MTU - 30 minutes walking to town centre so car is not a requirement but ideal. Space to park a car or bike available. Monday to Friday ( flexible)- 120 euro per week. Rent to cover all bills: heating, internet, electricity, bins, cleaner once every two weeks etc.. Total 120 euro. (If room is required for 7 days 170 per week all bills included.)The house will be shared with two small dogs pictured. More photos available upon request. Also, price is negotiable if room is required for less time. The room is available from the until the 9th of March until the 29th of May.
