Hello, room to rent, female only, in a cottage on the outskirts of Tralee town, less than 10 minutes walk to MTU - 30 minutes walking to town centre so car is not a requirement but ideal. Space to park a car or bike available. Monday to Friday ( flexible) 120 euro per week. Rent to cover all bills: heating, internet, electricity, bins, cleaner once every two weeks etc.. Total 120 euro. (If room is required for 7 days 170 euro per week all bills included.)The house will be shared with two small dogs pictured. More photos available upon request. Also, price is negotiable if room is required for less time. The room is available from the 12th of March through to September Please send me an email including a little information on yourself.
