Large en-suite double room in a top floor apartment in a well-located gated complex. Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone easy going and tidy to move in within the next couple of weeks (1 person only). Apartment: The apartment is a large two-bedroom apartment on the top floor. It is fully furnished, and has a TV in the living room and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. About us: We are a quiet, professional, tidy couple who often travel. We are both men in our mid-thirties. Location: Hampton Square is very well located. It is close to the city centre and is right beside several bus routes - 37/38/38a/39/39a/70 (39a is 24 hours). It is also within walking distance of Stoneybatter, Phibsborough and the Phoenix Park. It is also right beside a large Tesco. Parking: A parking space can be arranged if needed. Bills: Bins are included, but other bills (Internet, TV & electricity) will be divided between us. Terms: The room will only be available until the end of May 2027. A deposit of one month's rent is required.
