The room is equipped with a personal fridge/freeze, microwave, kettle and airfryer. The house has a washing machine, a gas cooker and an internet connection; it has a comfortable sitting room and a big backyard. Bills are included in the rent, however everything else must be self-provided. Unfortunately there is no parking available. It is located close to DCU, Omni Shopping Center, Beaumont hospital and multiple bus stops are nearby (2-5 min walk); F1, E2 (24 hours), 19 (Goes to the airport), N6 (Goes to Beaumont Hospital) Etc. (E2 & 19 Bus stop less than 15 seconds away) The room very big and is the only room at the top of our 3 story, 4 bedroom house. It is equipped with a balcony and en suite bathroom. No one else will reside on that floor aside from you. Ideally, we are looking for a clean, tidy and quiet person. This is your own personal space and we trust you to take care of it. We like the house to be a quiet space where we can unwind at the end of the day and we hope it will be so for any occupant who moves in! Additional documents may be required to verify your identity. The prospective housemate must adore cats as we have one quiet and reserved Scottish Fold cat. This is a crucial requirement.
