A spacious room is available on a flexible -term basis in our modern, bright apartment located in Grand Canal Dock. The room comes with a separate bathroom (not en-suite). The rent doesn't include the utilities - gas, electricity and wifi - which are split evenly between all three tenants in the house - and comes to about roughly 70-80 per person per month.
