About the home & living style * I’ve lived here for seven years and consider this my home, even though I don’t own the property…. Who can afford it these days!!! I’m looking for someone who will respect and enjoy * I have pretty busy life between work, gym, going home and going on holiday! So I’m looking for someone who has their own routine, work and social life, and who enjoys having a bit of independence. Ideally, you’d be someone who isn’t at home all the time and might occasionally head away for a weekend or spend time doing your own thing. Work & shared spaces * The house is quite small, so I think it works best for someone who generally works outside the home. I have the smaller bedroom, which doesn’t have room for a desk, so I work from the living room two days per week. Because of this, I’d prefer to keep the living room as a shared space rather than a full-time workspace. * Occasional working from home is absolutely fine, particularly if you have a desk set up in your bedroom. * The house could be a particularly good fit for someone in healthcare, shifts or a role where you’re regularly out and about. Guests * Friends are very welcome — I’d just appreciate a little heads-up beforehand so we both know what’s happening. * Overnight guests are also fine occasionally, as long as we’ve had a chat and agreed beforehand. I’m ideally looking for a home where overnight stays are occasional rather than a regular or frequent thing Rent & bills * Rent is €900 per month, excluding bills. * Bills are in my name and should be paid promptly each month. * There is on street parking - you just have to apply to DCC. * The house has all the usual stuff and loads of kitchen equipment!
