We are renting out a double bedroom with a large bathroom. The house is a state-of-the-art new build in Harpur Lane in Leixlip. We are a couple in our early 30s who are working professionals and one of us works from home. Living spaces will be shared and there is a large garden space with side entry. The house is a four-bedroom home, so it is spacious. Amenities include; -500mb Broadband -Green, brown and black bin, shared with owners and included in rent -Monitored Alarm system and ring door bell included in Rent. -1 car parking spot (we utilise the other spot) Washing Machine -Microwave/Hob/ -Dishwasher/Extractor fan/ Air Fryer -All New appliances -Full-size wardrobe and bed and mattress with storage underneath -Lamp and one bedside table in the room also -Standard drying rack for clothes and --Dyson vacuum cleaner available to use. The electricity bills per month will depend on usage, but will be shared equally with all occupants. Collins town industrial park: 5 mins drive / 30 mins by bus Celbridge center: 7 mins drive/ 20 mins by bus. We are a social couple with a small puppy who have friends over from time to time but generally the house is quiet we dont envision any crazy house parties. We are looking to share the house with a responsible, clean and tidy person who likes dogs. As it is a new-build house, We would expect that the house and room should be looked after and kept tidy and try to respect our house as much as we do. A tenant with good landlord references is preferred. The below details are requested when inquiring about the rental: 1. When do you want to move in? 2. How long are you looking to rent the room? 3.
