The year of construction of the two-bed house is April 2023. I am the owner of the property. You will be sharing the house with a 37-year-old male owner-occupier, working professional. The amenities included in the rent: 1. Virgin Media fiber Internet (1 GBps connection) 2. Water 3. Garbage collection and estate maintenance bills 4. Modern smart security system, fire alarm system and CCTV monitoring 5. Car-parking in front of the house. There is a large garden space behind the house where you can exercise/enjoy the sun and relax (of course when it is not raining ;-)) There is no gas heating/cooking facility in the house. It is equipped with electric zone-controlled heating. Since the house is new-build and has an excellent energy rating of A2, the electricity costs are not too high. The electricity bills per month will depend on usage, but will be shared equally with the owner. The rough estimate so far is approximately 120 Euros/month/per person. The modern modular Kitchen will be shared with the owner. It is equipped with a new dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer, microwave and convection oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric hob and chimney. The utility area is fitted with a large capacity washer/dryer machine. Standard drying rack for clothes and vacuum cleaner facilities are available. The pics of the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that will be rented are uploaded on the website. The room comes with a King-sized bed and mattress with inbuilt four storage drawers; desk and office chair, two side tables, armchair and newly built-in wardrobes. There are loads of storage space in the wardrobe and under bed drawers. You will have your own private bathroom equipped with pressurized hot water shower system and heating. A smart TV is also available in the room. Collins town industrial park: 5 mins drive / 30 mins by bus Celbridge center: 7 mins drive/ 20 mins by bus I like to keep it nice and quiet in the house. There will not be any scope to host crazy parties :-). I am looking to share the house with a disciplined, responsible, clean and tidy person. As it is a new-build house, I would expect that the house and room should be kept in good order at all times. A tenant with good landlord references is preferred. To be fair, the preference will be given to the first person who contacts and expresses the interest. As I am a vegetarian, I would give a slight preference to people who are vegetarians as well.
