Our wonderful housemate moved out, therefore, a double room within a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is now available IMMEDIATELY. The location is great if your office is located in Dublin 2/4. Just 5 mins walk to Tesco, 15 mins walk to the Point Square and a 10 mins walk to Grand Canal Dock. About the Room: Available room is ground floor with a double bed, A wardrobe and bedside locker is also included. The house wouldn’t suit remote work or on night shifts. About the House: The House includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen (You’re welcomed to share the Nespresso machine and air fryer!), bathroom with instant shower. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and there is space throughout to house to dry clothes, there is also a small outdoor area that can fit a clothes horse. The landlord will be making some small renovations soon (new bathroom, painting and replacing carpets yet to be done) so please be prepared for that. Must be ok with cats as there is a Houdini neighbourhood cat that likes to sneak in our windows occasionally. About us: The house is currently occupied by two young females, we are both working professionals. We are LGBT+ friendly!
