4 bed bungalow - Owner occupied (31year old male) with 1 other tenant (26 - Male). 3 bathrooms in the house (1 for each person living here) Bedroom is an ensuite double bed room at the back of the house. 2 shared living rooms, kitchen, utility room. Back garden is southwest facing and free for use. Plenty parking. All bills included, flat fee 800 per month. 1 months deposit required fully refundable - only held for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Room is available until end of December 2026. Internet is good with boosters in the back of the house. House is on the 208 bus route into the city and walkable to MTU, CUH, UCC. Looking for someone who is easy to get on with. There are no weird rules in this house, just normal shared living expectations. I appreciate people are living here so would like them to make themselves at home. Basic levels of tidiness in the shared spaces are required/appreciated. There is a dog in the house who is very friendly but likely not suited to someone who isn't okay with dogs or has allergies to dogs. We also need to make sure the dog does not escape, although he rarely tries. Typically, lots of applicants so apologies in advance if I can't get back to everyone. Any questions please just ask.
