The S4 bus frequently runs from directly outside the house. The 11 bus is a 5 minute walk away. It's about 8 minute walk to the Windy Arbour Luas stop. The room comes with a sturdy and comfortable single bed (that can extend to a double, not in photo) with loads of storage (wardrobe with hanging, shoe and shelf space; large storage cupboard and hot press), a bright, double window that looks out on to a private patio and access to own bathroom (more storage, bath and shower, heated towel rack) . The house is always toasty with all the mod cons. This room is ideally suited to someone who is social and tidy.
