A room has opened up in our house and we're looking for a third housemate! We're two guys (from the US and Germany) living in a two-story semi-detached house in East Wall, just across the Liffey from the city centre. The house: - Room for rent: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and plenty of space for a WFH setup - 1.5 bathrooms - Fully furnished living room and kitchen - Back garden with a patio Location: - 10–15 min walk to the Spencer Dock Luas stop - Lidl and Tesco within walking distance - 15 min walk from Point Square A little bit about us: we are both 25 years old, working in Dublin after graduating from UCD Smurfit last year. Outside of work, we do a lot of things together including going out on the weekends, traveling, gym/sports, etc. We are looking for a roommate who is tidy, responsible, respectful of the shared space, and social.
