****AVAILABLE 5 NIGHTS PER WEEK BASIS ONLY - SUNDAY EVENING TO FRIDAY AFTERNOONS**** Dublin Host Families are delighted to offer a self contained studio located in this rural position with own separate door entrance. Ideally located close to convenient to INTEL and Grange Castle Business Park. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You host will seek a small refundable security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€100). The rate for the studio is €150 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
