Bills are to be shared equally and are not included in price. These are typically around €50 monthly per person at the present time. Excellent CCTV security. All waste is recycled. This works well but if it doesn't work for you a collected bin can be arranged. Smokers are welcome but on the strict understanding that all areas inside the house are non - smoking. Tenant must like animals and be okay with a couple of cats. Things are not overly rigid but It is important that you respect the place / other people and can follow basic rules without getting offended! There is no 'cleaning schedule' as such, everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. 1 month rent plus deposit (equal to one month's rent) required. Initial payment by cash is fine, thereafter payment by standing order only. Sorry but references and prior rental payment records are absolutely essential.
