Bills are to be shared equally and are not included in price. These are typically around €50 - 60 monthly per person at the present time. Excellent CCTV security. All waste is recycled. This works well but if it doesn't work for you a collected bin can be arranged. Smokers are welcome but on the strict understanding that all areas inside the house are non - smoking. Tenant must like animals and be okay with a few cats. This is not suitable for anyone planning to work from home, or anyone who does not have a proper daily routine outside of the home. Things are easygoing but It is important that you respect the place / other people and can follow basic rules. Naturally everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. 1 month rent plus deposit (equal to one month's rent) required. Initial payment by cash is fine, thereafter payment by standing order.
