Tenant will have exclusive use of their own private bathroom with bath/shower which is located in hallway right next to bedroom. Room comes with ample storage and plenty of sunlight during the day. Sharing with two female professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. The apartment contains a spacious and modern kitchen/living area with new furniture/all mod cons including a streaming TV with over 100+ channels and high speed broadband. There is also a large balcony which overlooks the scenic grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. Please note that the shared living area is not suitable for WFH. The apartment complex itself has a Supervalu, pharmacy, cafe, Insomnia, a 24 hour gym and secure underground parking for residents. It is conveniently located right beside Heuston station and is a 5 minute walk from the Luas and many Dublin Bus routes. The lease is for a minimum of one year. Bills are split evenly and are not included in the rent. A deposit of 920 euro will be required along with first month's rent.
