Double bedroom available on the sixth floor of the Heuston South Quarter development. The room has a double bed and ample storage and comes with its own bathroom (not en-suite) with bath and rain shower. There are two people in their late thirties currently living in the apartment, one male, one female, not a couple (Richard: a maths lecturer from Cork, trying to find the time to get back into his cooking hobby and also restore an old boat; and Niamh: an insurance underwriter from Mayo with much healthier hobbies than Richard :-) ). We are tidy and friendly and the apartment is usually pretty quiet and relaxed. We are looking for a non-smoker of a similar vintage who is friendly and similarly clean and tidy (we're not militant about a cup left in the sink). Accommodation consists of entrance hall, open plan kitchen/living/dining room with all mod cons, small utility room and a large south-facing balcony. Underground parking is available for an additional cost of €100 per month, but there is currently a waiting list for a parking spot. Heuston South Quarter is located next door to Heuston station, only a few minutes walk to the LUAS red line and bus stops linking you directly to the city centre. The airport bus also runs from Heuston station. The complex incorporates a SuperValu, 2 cafes, pharmacy, onsite gym, Dublin Bikes station and GoCar location.
