Heuston Square, Inchicore, Dublin 8

Updated to reflect refurbishments. We would like to chat with people this week! No pets, sorry. This is a three storey house with four doubles between Kilmainham and Inchicore. Two double bedrooms are available on the first floor. A couple previously had rented the rooms using one as an office and the other as a bedroom. The first floor occupants share the ground floor bathroom which has a very good shower. The north-facing bedroom has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a small shelving unit and bedside locker. The bed has has storage under the mattress. The carpet has just been replaced. The south-facing bedroom (now blue walls) has a built in wardrobe, a locker and a chest of drawers. It has been completely repainted and the carpet has been replaced. You can bring your own bed or one will be provided. You would be sharing with a male and female couple who are renting the other two rooms. We are a quiet, clean, non-smoking house in a mature estate. Bins are included in the rent - other bills: gas, electricity, incidentals, TV and broadband (+TV licence renewal) are divided evenly. There is no parking available but the house is well served by public transport, including Dublin bikes. A couple may take both rooms or each room may be taken by an individual, but a couple cannot take a single room as the shared spaces are quite small. Again, there is no parking available so please do not contact us if you have a car. It is not possible to get a permit for the public road and the management company operates an efficient clamping policy. References will be required as well as first month's rent and deposit.
