I am looking for a replacement to take over my rental contract in the Highfield Yugo student accommodation (Dublin 7). The room is for girls only. The contract will be signed with the student accommodation. No security deposit is required. I It’s a modern, bright, and spacious room (17,6 m²) decorated in white, blue, and grey. It has a private bathroom, a double bed, two armchairs, a small table, a desk, one chair, a wardrobe, and many shelves. It also has access to a shared common kitchen and living room with seven other students. It is located 5 minutes walking distance from a Luas station (green line) and the bus stop for line 11. There are supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, and Centra), pubs, restaurants, bakeries, hairdressers, and cafés within walking distance. The condominium where the room is located has a gym, laundry room, six study rooms, a movie room, plenty of bike storage, a game room, gardens, and other places to chill out. The contract provides for payment of 5 instalments of €1406.30 each (€282 per week). The first instalment is due on December 16th. All bills included (unlimited Wi-Fi, gym use, heating, waste disposal tax, and electricity).
