We are close to the motorway so would suit someone that needs to commute to Kilkenny / Wexford etc. The house sits in a peaceful area, with ample parking, good broadband, and a relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for someone who wants comfortable, hassle-free living close to city-centre amenities but still enjoying some peace and privacy. Rent is €495 /month broadband and bins included (Gas and Electricty separate and split 3 ways). Students allowed however it is more suitable for those with their own transport as there is no direct bus to SETU from Ferrybank.
