Electricity, heating and WiFi are included in the monthly rental price. Facilities include: En suite double bedrooms with shower Underfloor heating Fibre optic broadband Each bedroom has it's own exterior access door as they are located on the ground floor Access to a large fully equipped shared kitchen with all modern appliances including barista style coffee machine, double door American style fridge, large gas cooking range, microwave and large oven House has a large garden and patio area with BBQ and seating facilities Private off road parking for one vehicle per room Nearby amenities: Moycullen is a small commuter town on outskirts of Galway it has a large supermarket, several pubs, a few takeaways, pharmacy, church and petrol stations The house is located near the main N59 Galway to Clifden road, Galway city is approx 15 mins by car 9km to Eyre Square.
