We are looking to sublet our place from 28 November to 16 January. You will have the whole place to yourself - no housemates! Couples welcome. The location is amazing. Near Bolands Mill in Grand Canal Dock. Loads of cafes, pubs, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Both Temple Bar and St Stephens Green about a 30 minute walk away. Plus we are on numerous bus routes. It is a two-bedroom, but we will be keeping one bedroom for storage. Your bedroom has a super-king bed. There is a built-in single wardrobe plus the bed has drawers underneath for extra storage. We have a set of drawers from the spare room that we could put in the lounge if you needed more storage (it'll just take up room). Bathroom has a shower. Instant and unlimited hot water. In the lounge, we have a comfy 2-seater couch, dining table plus a desk with a monitor that you can connect to. The kitchen is pretty big for a little house. It'll be stocked with all the equipment you need. Has a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a little private garden out back as well. We have foldable tables and chairs you're welcome to use if there's a sunny day. There is a gas heater in every room. The place warms up really nicely, and you can set timers to make things energy efficient. Rent will be 400 per week (you're welcome to pay fortnightly or monthly if preferred). The bond is 1,000 and will be repayable in full at the end of the sublet. If you need parking, we can arrange for you to get daily visitor parking passes for your entire stay (they're €1.25 per day).
