Large shared kitchen. Car parking space in a secure gated yard. Very large gardens. All bills are included. 1 - 3 min walk to everything. Bus, Dart, taxi, shops, parks, seafront, gym. For a number of reasons, visitors to the house are not permitted. No pets. Smoking outside the house is allowed. Sharing with a TV/film professional (M, owner), a health professional (50's F) and a video production team member (30's F). A quiet, respectful person will fit in great.
