We have a single room (looks bigger in the photos!) to rent in a house share in a lovely old house on the Howth Road, Clontarf, right beside all the bus stops, Supervalu and 8-minutes walk from Killester Dart station. We are looking for a housemate (not a lodger!) to join us. There are 3 of us and Peggy the dog. We are a social(ish) group, that are happy to spend time together. We have lived together for a while and are looking for someone that will gel well with us and how we live. Our house is 150 years old and full of character. We love her and are looking for someone that will love her too. We take care of her and the space we live in and share, and expect our new housemate to do the same as we like to live as a group not as 4 separate tenants, so please consider this when viewing. The house has a large kitchen-dining room on one side and a living room on the other. A utility room on the ground floor with new washer and dryer etc, two toilets and a very decent shower. We have an enormous front and back garden to enjoy, with fruit trees, a greenhouse, a large shed for storage if needed, and lots of wildlife. The room is €700 + bills (bins, WiFi, electricity & gas). It's an old house so the heating bills are often quite high. We will need one months rent as a security deposit and a month's rent in advance of moving in (€1400) The room is available immediately. Our rental month runs from the 15th to 14th, so needs to be lodged by the 13th of each month. We are holding viewings on Wednesday the 7th & Thursday the 8th from 6.30pm.
