The house is across the road from shops, a SuperValu, 5 bus routes and a 4 minute walk to killester dart station. It's a ten minute walk to Saint Ann's Park and a 20 minute walk to the sea front. The room is a furnished large double room with a shared bathroom. The rent is €840 a month + bills. And a deposit /references are required. Please have these ready if asked to come for a viewing.
