I am moving out on 1st October, and my room will be available from that date. It is the master bedroom, a double with fitted wardrobes and its own ensuite shower room, which is not shared with anyone else in the house. The bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk all remain in the room, so you would only need to bring bedding. The rent is €1,000 per month plus bills, with a deposit of one month. The house is a three-bedroom semi-detached property on a quiet cul-de-sac facing a green. Downstairs there is a living room, a separate dining room, a fitted kitchen and a guest WC. It has gas central heating, double glazing, a washing machine and fibre broadband, along with a garden to the rear and parking on the driveway. Two other people live here, both in full-time employment, and it is a quiet household. Littlepace Shopping Centre is at the top of the road, where there is a Spar open until 10pm daily and a pub serving food. Ongar Village is five minutes away by car for cafés and restaurants. As for transport, the bus stop on The Grove is a two-minute walk, served by the 70 and 270 to the city centre, Dunboyne and Blanchardstown. The stop on Littlepace Road is three minutes away, with the 39 into the city centre and the L52 to Blanchardstown and Adamstown. A further ten minutes on, the stop at Sacred Heart Church is served by the 39A to UCD, the 220 to DCU and the 139 to Naas. By car, Dublin Airport is approximately 17 minutes and Blanchardstown Centre about seven. Hansfield station is a nine-minute cycle, with a Luas connection at Broombridge.
