Two story apartment in a nice and calm neighbourhood with plenty of routes for walking, nearby facilities and great access to the Sallins and Naas train station (5 minute walk) and the N7/M7 (5 minute drive). Private upstairs bathroom for the tenant and a good sized bedroom with a brand new mattress, with or without a desk as per the tenants needs. The shared rooms are the living room and kitchen/dining room, halls and balcony. There's only one designated parking space that I use but there's plenty of undesignated parking that can be used above or below ground. Very close to a large SuperValu and walking distance to Lidl and Tesco and about a 10 minute drive to Naas.
