One bedroom to rent, bathroom shared with another female tenant, must be tidy and clean. Schedule must be compatible, the other tenant rests from 10:30PM to 5:20AM, so no noise after 10:30PM, and there will be some water pump noise (short) in early morning from 5:30AM, not suitable for light sleeper. Owner occupied, has own bathroom. No smoker (including vaping). There is still work being done in the house, so living room and back garden is a bit chaotic. Kitchen is fully equipped and usable, electric hobs. No dryer, no dishwasher. Rent is 750 euro per month, bills, including electricity, gas for heating and shower, internet (50EURO / month), garbage collection (~20 euro /month) are split. No fully work-from-home is accepted.
