Very rural and quiet bungalow, you will need a car. Your room is the master bedroom with a small ensuite and is south facing, very light and airy. There is a computer work station with 70meg broadband. You will have access to a shared large open plan living room/kitchen with everything you need including a flat screen TV and a very good sound system. I live upstairs in the large loft conversion and seldom use the living room so you will usually have privacy. There is a cat in residence and a fish tank. The house is located about 55 minutes from Cork City and Killarney. Macroom, Bantry and Dunmanway are all within 40 minutes. The views are amazing and deer graze in the garden most days. The room is available initially for a 6 month period with the possibility to extend if things go well
