I'm not joking when I say probably the biggest in Dublin (will add photos later) 3 bedrooms, sitting room is big and bright with lovely views of city. You will share a bathroom with one other person. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Massive TV with every subscription there is. Close to luas, bus outside door, great coffee shop - tanning bed if thats what your into downstairs. You will live with one guy 25 in hospitality and one female 29 in tech sales. We keep the house clean and clean up after ourselves so don't bother reaching out if your messy - genuinely. Looking for someone between age of 28 and 35. No college students. If you like a glass of wine thats definitely a plus
