We are renting out a room in a 3-bedroom flat in East Wall, available strictly from 1 July until 31 August. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, smoothie maker, fully stocked kitchen, and robot vacuum cleaner. The room has a double bed and a workstation with a 27” monitor. Your flatmates will be two relaxed Spanish-speaking guys in their 30s. You’ll share the bathroom with one other person. The flat is tidy, relaxed, and not a party house. Rent is €1,050 per month (bills included) with a €300 deposit. The location is convenient for East Wall, Docklands, IFSC, and Dublin city centre, with good public transport nearby. Ideally we are looking for someone in his late 20s to mid 30s. No pets and no smoking inside. Viewings available in person or by video call.
