I am the owner occupier of our home near Rathoe Village, I have recently (2024) renovated a 2bed Apartment. Both Rooms are spacious and have a queen bed with desk to study. Gas Central heating, Triple glazed windows, fully insulated with garden and private entrance. I live in a very quiet safe area. Private parking on drive. There is one bathroom downstairs.  Non smokers only. No pets. 15 minute drive into Carlow. Local TFI bus link passes by our lane, about 30 mins to SETU. Internet/bins/parking all included in price, Gas and Electric are extra from meter readings (work out about 2 euro a day per person) New beds, study chairs/desk, fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, washing machine /drier and gas central heating system. I am looking for occupants that will mostly want to stay during the week (5 day occupancy). However some weekends are fine to stay if needs be.
