Kilbane, Castletroy, Co. Limerick

This is a very laid back home where varied and interesting guests are welcome. We enjoy interaction with others including, hopefully, a shared love of cooking, good music and good conversation. The right person will probably have considerable experience of leading an independent life and of sharing a space with others. This would be very suitable for somebody staying in Limerick for six to twelve months. It's a very large house in a quiet, well-established neighbourhood, close to all amenities including the university, shopping centres, cinemas and technology park. The city centre is about 15 minutes by car and the 304A bus route passes nearby - perhaps a five-minute walk. The accommodation is a large bedroom with its own private bathroom. This is important. We don't do queues here. We have a large common living room, utility area and professionally-designed kitchen, built with enthusiastic cooks in mind. There's a covered deck out back with its own wood stove and we have barbecues for entertaining friends. Of course there is a beer fridge on the deck but, like all beer fridges, it doesn't fill itself.
