Living room, Kitchen/Dining, downstairs w/c. Main bathroom upstairs, spare room. Clean, tidy house fully furnished and recently renovated. Equipped with all mod -cons. Ample parking available, Luas Green line, bus routes11( to UCD) 44( city centre) , 44b( Dundrum village) & 114 (to blackrock) A light-rail system that runs in Dublin City 20 mins walk to luas The name of the tram system in Dublin City Luas Green line & Dundrum Town Centre. Also beside M50 motorway around Dublin City,M50, Beacon Hospital & shops, Dundrum VHI and and Sandyford village. Available from June to August 2026 only shorterm!!.
