There are three bathrooms with shower in the house, so you have a bathroom of your own with shower. There is space for bicycle (shed at the back of the house) and possibly for parking a car / motorcycle as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is Mace 7 minute walk from the house and Lidl 15 minute away, and there are multiple bus routes running beside the estate. Tallaght Red Luas and Tallaght Square shopping centre are 20 minute walk away. Rent includes internet, bins, electricity and gas bills. I live in the house myself and there is another tenant living in the house. We both have early sleep schedules so the house is usually quiet at night. Prefer no smoking and no pets.
