I'm seeking a roommate for a 2-bed end-of-terrace. Must be dog-friendly as I have an 8-year old terrier. The dog is incredibly friendly and playful and I would just ask the that you be responsible for the dog's safety (closing and locking door, not feeding, etc.). I'm a mid-thirties male working full time, easygoing and active. Looking for a similar person. The double room is furnished with a bed frame with mattress, built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables. You would have sole access to a large bathroom with shower/bath tub. The kitchen and main room are shared and furnished. You would need kitchen items for yourself but everything else is intended to be shared. There is access to a locking storage closet, as well as under-stairs storage and attic space. There is a large garden in the back and on-site parking. 15-minute bus service to Bray/Dun Laoghaire and hourly service to Dublin City Centre/Wicklow town. Situated on the road to Roundwood and the Sugarloaf, as well as the hiking trail to the Sugarloaf. Additional bills include monthly wifi, bins and electricity.
