Bill are shared between the 4 tenants. There is off street and on street parking. Kilmacud itself is a brilliant area to live. The house is in between both the Stillorgan and Luas stops. Stillorgan village is a short walk and a 5 minute run gets you to Deer Park in Mount Merrion. The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are all separate so even though are 4 tenants there's plenty privacy. There's a shed out back for storage. The landlord lived in the house up until 2021, lives 30 mins away and is available to help with any maintenance issues.
