We have one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a desk to rent in our newly refurbished house in Kilmainham Dublin 10. We are on the 24 hr G1&G2 bus route (1 min from front door and bus takes you direct into St James in 10 mins). We are in walking distance to Phoenix park and the Liffey river walk into War Memorial park and are very close to shops and all amenities. (We only make rooms available to females) Owners live part time in house as we work down the country All bills and utilities are included €210 / week. Available from 8th March 2026.
