Kilmainham Square(The Old Chocolate Factory), Dublin 8

Hey, The complex is quiet and secure with plenty of transport, Heuston station, Luas, Dublin Bus and Dublin bike are all within a 10mins walk. There's shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, parks and a gym all within a 5 mins. You'll be sharing with a male, mid 30s working hybrid as a Test Analyst in insurance. Ideally I'm looking for someone who doesn't work remotely. In my free time I'm either at the gym, the park or out for food/drinks. The apartment has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace. The bedroom has new mattress and plenty of wardrobe space. The room is not an ensuite but you'll have the main bathroom to yourself.
