Hey, The complex is quiet and secure, it's a short walk from Heuston station, Luas, Dublin Bus and Dublin bike. There's shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, parks and a gym in the area. The apartment has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace. The bedroom has new mattress and plenty of wardrobe space. The room is not an ensuite but you'll have the main bathroom to yourself. Gas, electricity and a Virgin media separate to be split both ways. You'll be sharing with a male, mid 30s working hybrid in IT.
