Hey, The complex is quiet and secure, it's a short walk from Heuston station, Luas, Dublin Bus and Dublin bike. There's shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, parks and a gym in the area. The apartment has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace. The bedroom has new mattress and plenty of wardrobe space. The room is not an ensuite but you'll have the main bathroom to yourself. There's parking for one which is not used with the option to rent out. Gas, electricity and a Virgin media separate to be split both ways. You'll be sharing with a male, mid 30s working hybrid in IT.
