Sunday–Friday only, so ideal for someone with a separate permanent address who needs a weekday base for work or university. Looking for a single occupier in full-time employment or full-time study. The room is available for approximately 3 months, ideally until 20 December for Christmas, with the possibility of discussing an extension into 2027. The bedroom is private, with shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom, plus washing machine, dishwasher, TV, open fire and internet. The house is an older, cooler property, but heating and electricity are included and a heater will be provided for the bedroom. The house is in a remote location, so a car would be ideal, although there are local bus links. The bedroom faces the road and there is some traffic noise, so it may not suit someone who is particularly noise-sensitive.
