Hi! My partner and I are looking for an individual (or a couple) to join us in our home from May 5th. A bit about us: We’re a very chill, quiet and easygoing couple. We both work in tech. I’m working fully remote and my partner is hybrid. It's a quiet house, but we do enjoy having friends over occasionally for dinner and drinks. **House details:** • RTB registered. • 2 Double bedroom. • 2 bathrooms (each room has its own, not en-suite). • Spacious kitchen and living room. • Guest room/office. • Fully equipped house with all amenities. • Pet-friendly (we often have friend’s dog staying over ). • LGBTQ+ friendly . **Location & transport:** • Bus lines 14 and 27B just 1 minute from the house. • Bus lines 15, 27, 42 and others about a 10-minute walk. • Lidl and Tesco only 3 minute walk away. • Artane shopping centre 3 min walk. • Northside shopping centre 15 min walk. **Rent & requirement from landlord:** • Rent: €1298 per month • Deposit: €1298 • Bills not included (usually around €50–€60 per month) • Rental arranged directly with the landlord. • References required from previous landlord.
