There is a double room available for 4 months until January 22nd 2027 from Wednesday 23rd September to share with the owner of the apartment (a 33 year old female). The owner is looking to share with a friendly & quiet working professional, and who is a non-smoker. The bills are all included (electricity, gas, internet, bins, car parking space) & owner may be travelling at times, which is reflected in the price. The apartment complex is quiet and settled, and there's a feeling of calm when entering it. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no lift. The walls of the apartments are very solid, and noise does not travel easily, so the apartment feels quiet and safe. The room is a spacious double room that is south-facing so it gets plenty of light. There is a large standing desk with a comfortable & ergonomic office chair in the room, including a monitor on it available for your use. The wardrobe is built-in and there is plenty of floor space in the room. The room faces out onto the side of a pretty red-brick building & mature trees. The apartment has been designed with a Scandinavian design by a Danish architect. The kitchen-living room area is open-plan with fully custom wooden floor-to-ceiling kitchen cupboards, and a jutting peninsula with a dark sink & tap. There are many new kitchen appliances, including a dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a washing machine . The apartment has all bright hardwood floors throughout. The living room part is cosy and well designed, and contains greenery and plants. The bathroom is functional, with a toilet, sink and bathtub (the water function in the bath is mostly fine, but caveat that it can sometimes go hot and cold at the end of a very long bath/shower) and large tinted window. No pets allowed in the entire apartment complex unfortunately. There is a balcony overlooking mature trees and the road behind them. There is space to sit, and a small table and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, and there is also a heater available. The balcony has flowers and plants. The apartment is in the superb location of Kimmage/Terenure, with many buses right outside going all around Dublin. The apartment is close to Dublin city centre. There are lots of cafes, restaurants & grocery stores nearby in Kimmage, Terenure, Rathgar and Ashleaf Shopping Centre, including both Lidl & Aldi, SuperValu, Tesco and Dunnes Stores all in walking distance. There are parks nearby, with free tennis & basketball courts & a cycling velodrome, including Poddle Park 100m away, Stannaway Park, Bushy Park, & Eamonn Ceannt Park. There are gyms right outside, including Ben Dunne gym and Flyefit.
