There is one shared bathroom. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Kimmage Grove. The nearest bus stops are 5 min walk from the house, where you can catch the 9 and 54A into city centre (30 mins). Or is a 20 minute cycle into the city centre. All the basic amenities stores like SuperValue, Mace, pharmacy are at walkable distance. You would be living with two lovely ladies, one in her early 30s (Indian), and the other in her 20s (Polish). Parties, smoking not allowed. Its an old house so walls are not sound proof, need someone who can respect not speaking too loud at night. Rent 750 pm + 1 month Deposit required.
