Price includes all bills and a cleaner once a week for the common areas. There is also a parking space in the driveway. Very large double room in big house with desk and wardrobe. Brand new second bathroom beside the room for rent. Big back garden with back patio area, fire pit and hammock to chill in. Pictures of all three included. Large kitchen and living room. There is a second sitting room with a TV that can be used as a second sitting room for privacy if everyone is home. I usually do yoga/stretching, turbo training on the bike in there which you are more than welcome to do also. I have not taken any photos of the rest of the house but will in the next few days. You will be sharing the house with one Female Professional, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and a French bulldog. My 15 year old son is also here 50% of the time. Must LOVE dogs both breeds are very affectionate human lovers. I go away a reasonable amount and can put them in a local kennel but would prefer to leave them home if you want money off the rent for minding them (your choice).
