You will be sharing with one other friendly, tidy and respectable student so I am looking for someone who is either a professional or a student, easy to live with, respectful of others and clean and tidy. Chapelizod village is home to beautiful coffee shops, bars and restaurants while also being close to town. 1000 euro per month plus electricity bill. One month deposit required + one month rent in advance. Ample parking is also available 6 months contract but may be open to extension thereafter.
