The room to rent is a twin but can be made into a double if preferred, with large fitted wardrobes for storage. The bathroom has all the usual necessities. The kitchen, which looks over the sea, has all the modern conveniences, including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and everything you need to cook. There is plenty of space in the cupboards. The sitting room is warm and relaxing with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa. It's an ideal place to live if you love the fresh air, sense of space in the outdoors, and a bolthole to return to after a long day. The cottage is in a quiet and tranquil area, about 2.5 km from The Saratoga pub in Woodstown which also serves food, is just 3 km away (a 5-minute drive). Dunmore East is 7.5 km away (14-minute drive) and Waterford City is approximately 15 km or a 25-minute drive. While the setting is peaceful and idyllic, it’s still conveniently located close to cafes, bars, restaurants, and Waterford City.
