Knockbrack, Athenry, Monivea, Co. Galway

Hi, Im looking to fill two rooms in my home in the Athenry countryside. The house is very modern and spacious. It sits down a quiet road with lovely walks and forests nearby. Its on an acre of land, on which I plan to raise chickens, ducks, bees and grow some veggies. Theres also a fruit garden and lots of space for people to use for themselves. As its my own home, I'm looking for the right people. Someone sound and wanting a homely vibe, rather than just a room. Bills will be shared between all 3. (Myself and 2 tennants) Heating is gas powered, solar panels on roof to heat water, and a big stove in the living room with a back boiler. Both bedrooms are a good size. Prices are €510pm for the large room & €620pm for the extra large room. The main bathroom is shared between both rented rooms. Athenry is a 10 minute drive and Galway city is 30 mins.
